Glocal Resources is offering Praxis Nashville to help equip the next generation to live, love, and launch well through a summer of career-related work, discipleship, and training in marketplace ministry.

Discover / Discern / Deploy

Thrive is our 6 month experience equipping participants to identify God’s involvement in their lives from creation toward calling and how to leverage these insights for fulfilling involvement through family, vocation and mission in their spheres of influence.

Through a combination of Life-Mapping, DISC assessment, StrengthsFinders, and Fruit & Gifts of the Spirit, we look at a comprehensive perspective layer by layer, and how each of these layers affects the others. The process launches with a 24 hour (Friday night – Saturday night) catalytic weekend, followed by 6 months of intentional mentoring/coaching in the context of a peer group with a local GR-trained mentor/coach. The group is limited to 20 participants and a 1 to 4 mentor/participant ratio.
