Awaken, Challenge, Inspire

Andy Stanley has said “Direction, not intention, determines destination.” This is especially true when you’re launching something new. As we launch Glocal Resources, we have thought, deliberated, re-thought, and assessed what is the destination we are aiming for. The words awaken, challenge and inspire keep popping up as “destination markers” for us. I like words, as many of my family and friends can attest. I always need to keep the quantity of words in check, but I am always looking for quality words to communicate as specifically as possible. In future posts I’ll unpack how each of these words reflect the direction of Glocal and the heart of transformation.
